Açaí and Berry Ripe Smoothie bowls
Make your very own Acai and Berry Ripe smoothie bowls using Y.V.Fresh delicious fresh berries!
Acai bowl:
Ingredients:
1 frozen acai sachet
150 grams of frozen bananas
150 grams of fresh bananas
150 grams of ice
1 cup of Y.V.Fresh blueberries
10 mls of coconut water
Y.V.Fresh strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, raspberries, kiwi berries for topping
chia seeds, coconut flakes, desiccated coconut for topping
a strong good quality blender
Method:
In a smoothie jug/blender add in the coconut water, frozen bananas, fresh bananas, acai sachet, ice and blueberries
Blend up the mix, continuously using a mixer stick to keep moving the mix around until it is blended into a thick paste like texture (this may be a little bit of an arm workout but will be worth it)
Pour your mix into a large bowl and add Y.V.Fresh strawberries, blackberries, blueberries, raspberries kiwi berries and other toppings of your choice!

Berry Ripe smoothie bowl:
Ingredients:

Frozen strawberries or raspberries 1-2 cups
150 grams of ice
10 mls of coconut water
Y.V.Fresh strawberries, raspberries, blackberries and blueberries, kiwi berries for topping
Chia seeds, coconut flakes, cocoa nibs, nuts and seeds for toppings
Method:
Add in the coconut water, frozen bananas, fresh bananas, strawberries, raspberries, and ice into a blender
Blend up the mix, continuously using a mixer stick to keep moving the mix around until it is blended into a thick paste like texture (this may be a little bit of an arm workout but will be worth it)
Pour your mix into a large bowl and add Y.V.Fresh strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, raspberries, kiwi berries and other toppings of your choice!
