Raspberry Coconut Popsicles
Easy, vegan popsicles full of raspberry goodness for a hot summer's day! Create blue and purple popsicles by recreating the recipe with Blackberries or Blueberries! Toppings optional, but is a great activity for the kids!
Ingredients:
1 & ½ ripe bananas
2 punnet of Y.V.Fresh Raspberries
¾ can of coconut milk
2 tablespoons of maple syrup
Directions:
Put all ingredients into a smoothie blender and blend completely until smooth.
Pour mixture into popsicle moulds, add sticks and freeze for at least 4 hours.
To remove popsicles, run them under lukewarm water to loosen them and pull them out.
Place with your favourite toppings and enjoy!
