Blueberry Waffles
Ingredients:
Waffles:
2 eggs
2 cups of plain flour
1 teaspoon of salt
4 teaspoons of baking powder
1 tablespoon of sugar
1 ½ cups of milk
6 tablespoons of butter, melted
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
1 punnet of Y.V. Fresh blueberries
Toppings:
Maple syrup
1 punnet of Y.V. Fresh Blueberries
1 punnet of Y.V. Fresh Blackberries
Method:
Preheat your waffle iron.
Stir flour, salt, baking powder and sugar together.
Add the milk and eggs and stir to combine.
Add the melted butter, vanilla and almond extract — stir to combine.
Stir in the blueberries and pour onto the hot waffle iron.
Cook until lightly browned.
Serve with your choice of toppings.
