Blueberry smoothie bowls

Blueberries are full of antioxidants are amazing for your skin and overall health! Our simple easy to make blueberry smoothie bowl is the perfect way to start your day.

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup almond milk

  • 1 cup Y.V.Fresh blueberries

  • 1 frozen banana

  • 1 tablespoon almond butter

Toppings:

  • Fresh berries

  • granola

  • Coconut flakes

  • Chia seeds

Method:

  1. Place the almond milk, blueberries, bananas and almond butter into a high speed blender. Blend until smooth

  2. Pour mix into a bowl and add desired toppings. Enjoy!
