Berry Infused Water Recipes

Water infused with natural ingredients such as fruits, vegetables and herbs not only taste better, but it can offer additional nutritional and health benefits; some includes appetite control, faster metabolism and improved immune functions. Fruit infused water entice you to drink more, and make staying hydrated less of a chore and a bit more fun.

Ingredients:
Blackberry, orange and mint
1 cup of blackberries
1 orange, sliced
5 fresh mint leaves
Raspberry, lemon and mint
1 cup of raspberries
1 lemon, sliced
5 fresh mint leaves
Blueberry, lemon and rosemary
1 cup of blueberries
1 lemon, sliced
2 sprigs of rosemary
Raspberry, mango and ginger
1 cup of raspberries
1 cup of mango, cubed
1 small piece of ginger, peeled and thinly sliced
Method:
Place the combination of fruit and herb in a glass jar with a lid.
Press on the fruit lightly with a spoon to release the flavours.
Add water and cover.
Place in the fridge for at least 30 minutes to overnight.
